I really, REALLY enjoyed the book - one word of warning, Netflix have made a mess of it, just read the book instead!
I went in with preconceived views because I hated the Netflix film, I was so intrigued by it until the end when it just spiralled. The book is similar in parts, with the main premise being the same, although the book does an amazing job explaining it and making you feel it.
I was left with a lump in my throat and the need to read the others in the series, I just wish I hadn’t spoiled it for myself by watching the rubbish on Netflix. It would have made the book a 5 star for me as I would have been mind blown!
