Murder in Chelsea by Victoria Thompson
4.0
1000% the best and my favorite book in the series!!!
The books are just in fine little cozy mysteries. But this is exactly what I have been waiting forever!!!
Spoilers
One of favorite tropes of procedurals is when a partner/ or someone close to the people solving crimes gets kidnapped. In fiction, I find it’s the best way to see the characters’ the affection they have for the missing people. (Still I wish either Frank or Sarah would be one of the kidnapped victims, and it was great to it happened to Catherine! I loved seeing the flooding of everyone’s emotions about her being gone, including Frank’s. And of course, how happy they were with her safe return. )
FINALLY!!
I love slow burn romance so I was thrilled to see how organically they fell in love. They kissed!!!! And are now Engaged ❤️❤️
