Not one of her best. Ford and Taylor didn't grip me like many previous couples. And I only ended up reading for Clay and Stevie who are amongst my favourites.
There were too many reintroductions - which were unnecessary. And too much rehashing of completely irrelevant back stories.Which got highly irritating. You can drop a slight hint about Holly learning karate which a fan would pick out without the exposition that Rose feels we need. The book didn't need Paige and Grayson and Deacon and Faith coming back. Conversations such as talking about Dani's health, did not add to this story, as much as I would love to read Dani's own story, her backstory didn't need to be mentioned here
