Dystopian story on 3 different characters and their experiences with a devastating storm that has flooded out most of NYC.  For 2 of the main characters it centers on their survival in the city with no resources.  The last character is insanely rich and their experience is very different.  The story progressed ok for me.  Certainly the reality of what could happen seem plausibly but the story stalls a bit at the end for me.  Overall ending was just ok.
