I was really looking forward to reading this book after loving The Ex Talk so much. I was disappointed in Weather Girl and it was very much just an okay read for me. I was liking it fine up until the conflict towards the end. I honestly felt like the lady MC was making too big a deal of the situation. She was looking for reasons out because of her fears and insecurities, so she made an issue out of something that should have been very minor. I got pretty annoyed with the drama and almost stopped reading at this point. I also didn’t care for this couple because they didn’t have a lot of chemistry. They both seemed very bland individually and together. I liked the inclusivity of a plus size MC as well as a MC with chronic depression.
