The Broken Spears 2007 Revised Edition: The Aztec Account of the Conquest of Mexico by Miguel León-Portilla

I don’t really want to give this a rating but it was a super easy & interesting read; as is frequently commented on, this is not so much a textbook as an „easily digestible introduction“ to the topic matter.
