Queerly Beloved, by Susie Dumond

idek what to say. like the premise sounded really promising but overall it just lacked substance. i was excited at first when amy and charlie first met, i was excited to see how their relationship continued. but, there was literally nothing, no chemistry and it seemed so awkward all the time, i have no idea how amy just was suddenly in love with her????

also all of the other characters, like her best friends, had absolutely zero characterization, they were just there as the stereotypical gay best friends pretty much.

the ending was super rushed and suddenly amy and charlie are all good again after not speaking for like 5 months, after one quick conversation???

anyways, there were some cute parts in it but overall i wish that there was more actual plot.
