Wicked Wisteria by Angela Pepper
Did not finish book.

I knew going in that this might be a struggle for me, as I didn't like the first one. But I have the audio boxset of the first three books, and I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, I still REALLY dislike Zara. I don't find a 32-year-old woman who can't figure out how to pay a bill, has diarrhea of the mouth, and never misses a chance to remind that she's a librarian amusing. I find her juvenile and infantilized. What did me in for this book though was the definitions. Apparently the insufferable "I'm a librarian" is now being played out by listing definitions to readers. I got as far as anthropomorphic and said, "I'm done." Besides, I'd just woken back up to the story, as I literally fell asleep.
