The Distance Between Me and the Cherry Tree by Paola Peretti

5.0

RATING: 5 stars

The Distance Between Me and the Cherry Tree is an absolute gem. I cannot believe that it’s Peretti's debut novel! Everything about this book charmed me, from the unique setting in Italy to the lovely, thought-provoking prose. It makes me think of hot chocolate and fuzzy sweaters and all things cozy. Would definitely recommend!

TW: It’s a very age appropriate read so I don’t think you would have a problem with it. There is an (ADORABLE) romance but it’s so wholesome and pure. A couple girls were hilariously discussing how babies were made; however, it wasn’t dirty in the least bit.
