I have no idea why this book has this title. I enjoyed the story immensely. I thought 23 was a bit young for our main character to be - she seemed to have more life experience than I would expect from most 23 year olds. HOWEVER, the characters were so fun! I thought the narrator did a great job bringing them all to life and I enjoyed the small town cast of characters.
