This is a love letter to literature. Murakami clearly loves what he does, and this book is such a wonderful way to peek inside of the head of a master of the craft. As an English teacher I plan to use some of the quotes from this book to encourage my students in their writing, it really does give readers such a beautiful lens to look through when it comes to the writing process.
