I love Dr. Seuss and rhyming children's books!
The cat seemed very irresponsible at first. Trying to get the kids to make a mess and making a mess himself. I felt very bad for the poor fish trying to stop the cat and almost getting killed. But at the end the cat did clean up the mess her made himself and he made sure the kids wouldn't get in trouble with their mom. :D
