Declan and Paige's story is heartbreaking and inspirational at the same time. Their love is unique and powerful, but not immune to some unfortunate circumstances and decisions. However, the physical distance of 9 years has done nothing to quench the intensity of their feelings, the true love, passion, understanding and acceptance of the deepest, darkest demons that plague them both. The second chance that they've been given leads them to rediscovering each other but also rediscovering themselves, finding their own qualities and strengths, falling in love with the new, grown up version of each other but also falling in love with themselves.

Two broken souls the struggles they have pull at your heart. I liked how the author addressed mental illness, religion ect in a reasonable way.
