Haunting with a Ghost by B. Ripley

This was a first from this author for me, I've read others in this collection of stories, all with the same theme but not connected. I really enjoyed this, it's been such fun reading the other stories too and seeing how the different authors got round the ghost 'problem' to give the characters their happy ever after. This was pretty unique in how it was done and I really liked the idea.

I liked the two main characters too, they were both interesting in their own way, although Landon was so wilfully blind and more than a little naive. I loved seeing Bennet's story unfold though, it was quite tragic really and it was good to see him opening up and learning new things as he blossomed and found himself. The story was good too, enough to keep me invested and wanting to find out how it all came together.

It was a fun read, a unique take on a ghost trope and really well done. A good fun halloween read.

I received an ARC and this is my honest review.
