Zillow Talk: The New Rules of Real Estate by Spencer Rascoff, Stan Humphries

3.0

This book was a super fast read- I practically read it in one night. I enjoyed the book overall. It wasn't earth shattering everybody must read this, but it was interesting enough to hold my attention most of the time. Some chapters I thought were just weird and unnecessary or unhelpful to most people, lots of it can't be helped for most people either (it's not like I can change the name of my street nor will I let a street name influence my buying- if I like it I like it regardless), but the book did have some fun and interesting parts. And like I said, it was a fast read which is perfect for the general public who is just scratch-the-surface curious. I can't say this book would have helped me buy or sell at all ever, but I'd say read it if you are curious.
