Rereading my pretty new editions of this series. I forgot how trippy this story was. How many mushrooms did Moore need to take to write this? Was he high before he wrote it or during?
I'm also appreciating more how intertextual this story is and how interesting the artwork and panelling. He does some really cool things here and compared to his other works, I think this is underappreciated.
