Dreamin' Sun Vol. 2 by Ichigo Takano
2.0
It's been awhile since I read this one so the details are a bit hazy, but I do remember being pretty unimpressed. Shimana's love interest is pretty boring - he's a pretty boy who's ~perfect~ but emotionally unavailable. Zen is a bit more interesting, but he's basically just a male tsundere.
I'm honestly creeped out by the landlord and the premise of this is still kind of too weird for me. Most shoujo require some suspension of disbelief and I'm usually okay with that, but this is kind of squicky tbh.
I have a hold on the third volume. I've adopted a "three strikes you're out" method with manga, so if the third volume can't convince me, it'll be getting the boot. It's really too bad - I had high hopes for this series after enjoying [b:Orange|25667474|Orange The Complete Collection, Volume 1|Ichigo Takano|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1451245856s/25667474.jpg|45490508] so much.
