The Truth about the Harry Quebert Affair by Joël Dicker

Did not finish book. Stopped at 19%.
The book seems to try to legitimize a “relationship” between a 34 year old man and a 15 year old girl since the main character is only mildly phased by it and tries to see if it could have been love. I kept hoping at some point the author would stop trying to make those characters and their actions sympathetic to the reader.
