I continue to be obsessed with this series!!! I absolutely adore Aren and Lara and just want more of them 🥲
Although it was frustrating to watch everyone (understandably) hate on Lara, I think the progression of the story made a lot of sense. She really pushed herself to atone for her mishaps in book one and I think she had definitely proved herself by the end of the book.
I will say that I was holding my breath for the last few chapters thinking that *someone* wasn’t going to be OK, but I am SOOO happy it worked out in the end.
I’m excited to continue with the series, keeping my fingers crossed that we get glimpses of what’s happening with Aren and Lara.
