What I Talk About When I Talk About Running by Haruki Murakami

I listened to this on audiobook, sometimes while I ran, sometimes not. This was a good read, in that it simply helped me connect to the inner workings of the mind of another runner. The book also includes some discussion of Murakami as an author. This part was interesting, but at times, it was difficult for me to switch trains of thought between running and writing. Admittedly, he talks about the connections, but since I'm a runner, not a writer, it was a little hard to get into at times.

Would recommend for any runner.
