Kitchens of the Great Midwest by J. Ryan Stradal

3.0

This was a mindless little book, overall sweet enough. I had quibbles with some of the technology in the past (that's not really how it was) and one of the vignettes was so boring I simply fast-forwarded it. I'm really not clear if the book was lambasting foodie culture or celebrating it, and in a way, I guess it did both, and that's fine.
