Overall, good ideas but a wide, shallow summary of positive psychology and mindfulness. The book has a lot of very short chapters, each focused on a theme. There's about a page of the author's discussion, then a short story or example. Nothing is dealt with in much depth, but if you're looking for a little book of days sort of thing, with little reminders of mindfulness to focus on, then this might fit the bill.
