Finalmente, a Daniel Handler, er, Lemony Snicket book that I actually liked.
There is one page that needs to be moved for this book to be perfect and to have the impact Ibreally want it to have, but this is a Lemony Snicket book, there has to be at least SOME poor pacing.
Klassen's illustrations are wonderful (as usual) and really add to the creepy, suspenseful feel of the book. I think I'd pull a Grandpa from Princess Bride, though, and read this the way I'd want it to be heard.
