The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy by Megan Bannen

Did not finish book. Stopped at 21%.

Everyone else seems to think this is the cutest book right now but I just couldn’t get into it at all. I was 1/4 of the way through and it was just “we’re both so lonely!” Mercy being weighed down with family drama/secrets, Hart is hardened by life but such a secret teddy bear!!!!!, writing letters, receiving letters, rinse & repeat. Over, and over… and over.
