Did not finish book. Stopped at 12%.
I’m adding this to my DNF so I remember why I stopped in case I decide to give it another try.
This book was way too triggering for me. There’s a descriptive rape of the wife (by a stranger) early on, which turns into her having MASSIVE PTSD (understandable), but everyone’s just sick of how she’s acting instead of really trying to help her much (at least that what it seems from the bit I read). But it’s not something I want to be reading about rn.
