Thank you Random House for the awesome “Blue Sisters” box! This Read with Jenna September book is everywhere and for good reason. I loved this deep exploration of sisterhood and grief.

The four Blue sisters always had each other’s backs, despite their differences. But when beloved Nicky died unexpectedly, it fractured the family. A year later, the three remaining siblings are all floundering in different cities around the world. They reunite in NYC to go through Nicky’s belongings because their estranged Mother wants to sell the apartment they grew up in.

I loved all three of these flawed women! They were so flushed out and the dynamics between different sister pairings was compelling. I loved the examination of addiction and family trauma. This is my first book by Mellors, I can’t wait to read “Cleopatra and Frankenstein.” I highly recommend this one for all fans of character driven stories about sisterhood.
