SCREAMING, CRYING, THROWING UP. I love this book. It 100% deserves all the praises it gets.
Do I still not fully understand the grishaverse even tho I’ve read s&b and this. Yes, but it’s alright I’m still able to fall in love with it . It’s a me problem. The PLOT TWISTS, did not see them coming and THAT ending. I’m deceased! honestly Leigh’s writing just makes it better.
I had already been spoiled about all the good quotes and couples, and it kinda ruined my reading experience. If I hadn’t been spoiled this would definitely be a five star book.
My fav characters are definitely Inej and Jesper. I just love them and want to protect them with all my heart. I also relate to them a little to much. All the characters have complex and heartbreaking backgrounds. Kaz’s story, I don’t blame him for becoming the person he is today. I can’t wait to find out more about Wylan in the next book. I’m looking forward to his development the most.
