When Wendi Gogh says "meet cute" BELIEVE HER!! This book is honestly adorable from start to finish. She also adds in just the right amount of hilarity, real-life drama, and 4 out of 5 spice to create an awesome little (and not so little teehee) monster romance with a cute Happily Ever After.

The character development was pretty intense for a book less than 300 pages as well as very relatable and realistic; at least, as realistic as cthulu, gorgons, and cyclops can be. I will say that you'll want to check a couple of the triggers, if you have any, as it does delve into a couple rough life bits. This story is also LGBTQ+ friendly with the FMCs best friend being bi, and the MMCs best friends are a married lesbian couple.

Overall, I absolutely recommend this book for fans of monster romances or even romances in general!

Tropes and Triggers (that I remember):
Touch her and d!e
Tentacles
Pregnancy
Mating Heat
Unintentional Non-Con
He Falls First
Sexual Assault (relived memory)
Pegging (light)
