The Life Impossible by Matt Haig

2.0

I’m so disappointed. I’ve loved everything I’ve read by Matt Haig. He writes beautifully and captures human emotions perfectly. But this book was just too out there for me. It was also too earnest and worthy. Without any shred of humour. I didn’t really care about the main character. And though Joanna Lumley was a fab narrator, she just couldn’t make this book better for me. Matt Haig says it’s the book that is most personal to him. And I’m sad that I didn’t love it.
