I feel like ally carter wrote this book for me.
A cozy mystery AND a swoon worthy romance??!!
And it gets better!!
-reverse grumpy sunshine
-enemies to lovers (kinda?)
-book about books
-he falls first
-only one bed!! (Kinda??)
-closed door romance but still lots of making out!!!
-a guessable murderer as long as you pay attention to the clues along the way!

I never ever ever am on time to a ban wagon when it comes to a book. But I made it before the wagon left for this one! I read the first two sentences of the description and immediately purchased on kindle— read it in 3 days— during the chaos of the holidays— and it usually takes me a month or more to read any book that is not an audiobook (audio for life!) But I could not wait on Libby for this one!

Loved loved lovedddddd I am in love with Maggie and her story and I’m in love with Ethan and his story! I also saw pieces of myself in this book and don’t you just LOVE when that happens??? (No sarcasm; actually love when authors put into words what you are feeling but were never able to put into words yourself) This may be one of my favorite books ever and the fact that it’s a Christmas novel!!!!!! Well done ally carter. Well freaking done.
