This is a short book on Covid-19, written somewhere in the middle of 2021. I read it recently while recovering from the coronavirus.

The basic things to know:
• eat good fats
• take a protein rich diet
• avoid carbs & sugar
• have an anti-inflammatory diet
• sleep well - insomnia is very common post-covid
• take supplements
• physical activity - start with breathing exercises or small walks

This book just tells about the basics of what needs to be done. It gets wrong the idea that a person cannot get infected twice. If you have lingering symptoms after testing negative, please take the advice of a certified physician. And don't take the omicron variant lightly, nobody knows what the long-term effects of this virus will be.
