This book had an amazing beginning, with the prologue intriguing me.
I loved how both the characters had a liking for books. Hence the character building was to the point. The book was very 'happening'. I loved the friendship that the boys had with Blaise. August was my personal favourite for cracking lame jokes and lightening the mood. Blaise was emotionally available and a very thoughtful person. And Ares was the perfect gentleman any girl would ask for. The side characters such as Nana were very essential to the story line.
The smutty scenes broke the smut meter. It's almost 25% into the book that you realise the significance of the title of the book, and the cover illustrations. And hence, I found the design very interesting.
The turning point had filled me with too many emotions. The revelations were hard to digest.
Overall, it was a great book and a cute friends to lovers trope.
