I absolutely loved Shade, and I wasn’t expecting anything less from myself for this book.
But less than halfway through the book, I was bummed because I didn’t feel as invested in this sequel. Some parts seem to drag on, and I felt like I was losing interest in the story overall. But less than 15 pages later, the book picked up, and I was HOOKED again. I finished over 200 pages in one sitting because I couldn’t stop.
I definitely shed the same amount of tears for this one, and I absolutely love the way this book ended. Forever #TeamLogan. Now, onto book 3! I’m so invested in this, and I just know I’m going to be broken after this is over.
