Blood in the Water: The Attica Prison Uprising of 1971 and Its Legacy, by Heather Ann Thompson

Did not finish book.
I got about 46-48%. I was interested in the actual uprising and how the police responded but when it came to building the law case to help the prisoners I found it slow. I started the book Sept 1st, 2020 and gave up on 1/12. I figured if a book takes me this long I'm just not going to finish.
