Take a Hint, Dani Brown by Talia Hibbert

5.0

A heart-throbbing, head-spinning love story apart, this book from the series reflected upon such important mental health issues and exemplified such realistic characters developing strength upon analysing & talking about them head-on, that somewhere it clarified my perceptions about so many labyrinthian dillemmas that my own anxious priviledged-therapy-absconded-self kept preserved as mere 'temper tantrums' from a long time. Dani Brown apart from all the blissful goosebumpy feels aside, was pure therapy to me, showing how to gradually uncoil that complex mental mesh, that certain cirsumstances, with a definitive lack of closure, embeds within us.
It has taught me acceptance, daring-to-risk crossing your boundaries (for family & some rarefind species, lol!) & how to count one's blessings & where to find them.
Characters like Dani and Zafar, should be created more often for the welfare of Humankind. No, seriously! Talia, are you listening?
