I dont really know how to write a review for this book because it definitely wasn’t what I expected it to be.
It was interesting in the sense that I have never read anything like it before, and it really did feel like I was reading someones diary. But, in a way, it also felt like I was reading something that I wasn’t supposed to read, like I was invading someones privacy.
I’ll be honest, I had a hard time getting through this book because I couldn’t bring myself to like the person who’s story this is.
I still dont really like him that much, but at least I understood him a little better before placing my judgment of this book.
All in all, did I like this book, No. and here is a reminder that the target audience for this book are adults. This book is pretty explicit and is pretty much just the romanticization of a 30 year old alcoholic and his unhealthy relationships.
