Amazing read, almost had me in tears towards the end where I absolutely did not expect - I didn't realise how invested I felt in the characters and I was taken along the journey of their lives. Beautiful story of complicated friendships, and what it means to create together, wonderfully told story as well
only points off are because I truly wanted Sam and Sadie's friendship to stay completely platonic the entire book and I didn't like that even if for a tiny bit he acknowledged some sort of romantic feelings towards her, I think it would have been even more impactful with no muddling of romantic love in their friendship

Graphic: Gun violence and Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Car accident
