Reading because an organization that I work with is implementing it.  My main job doesn’t fit the “demographics” but there is a BUNCH of stuff that I’ll be taking from this to implement into my 1 (almost 2) employee / 20 board member system.  I took screen shots of a ton of stuff to share and lots of great resources online to use.  Worth checking out if you are in control of any part of your company.  And VERY helpful if you are a main boss or owner.
