The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera

5.0

I loved the poetic language of this book and the philosophical nature of it. The story itself was nothing spectacular, but the breaking of the fourth wall led to philosophical musings that left me thinking long after I put the book down. The language in itself is musical and enthralling, and I found myself getting lost in the cadence of it. It was a thoroughly wonderful read.
