To Sir Phillip, With Love by Julia Quinn

3.0

I went through a Bridgerton binge last year after watching the Netflix show, and was enjoying them all until I got to this one. I don't know, maybe I was tired of the audiobook narrator (though I generally think she does a good job) or maybe I just needed a break from romance, but whatever the reason I stopped on this one and let the series alone for a year.
I decided to try again yesterday, and sped through it! I found Phillip much more sympathetic upon my second go-round, and truly enjoyed his and Eloise's whirlwind courtship. Plus who doesn't enjoy a good old shovel talk from a group of protective brothers?
