Evie was a constant in this story. I really admired her; I have worked with children like her in the past, and I can only hope they turn out like her. She seemed real.
Jake was, well, confusing to me.
Plot- I liked the idea behind Evie and Leo falling in love when they were foster kids. I am not 100% sure how I like how the plot was carried out. I can't say much without giving away spoilers. It was a sexy, romantic read, nonetheless.
