I read this book in one day -- I liked the author's style and related a lot to her setbacks early in life. This book is part memoir, part health-lifestyle advice and it all just worked for me. I am looking forward to trying some of the recipes. She really likes yoga and pineapple and I thought, hey, wait a minute, so do I. So I went and bought some to have for my morning snack and set my alarm earlier so I can do yoga first. I'm over simplifying -- In other words, I think a lot of her advice is approachable and easy to implement.
