Revolting. Thought provoking. Utterly gut-wrenching. Nobody can compare this to the film. It’s inexcusably profane, pulls no punches, and leaves you gutted on the floor clenching your chest. The twisted inner monologue of a deranged murderer and the description of his actions will leave you shell-shocked and reeling. Polarizing humor intermingles with grotesque acts of violence, prejudice, and greed. It’s a book you should read once in your life, if you have the stomach.
