17. A Light Comedic Novel
Funny? For sure.
Does it make you hit the dictionary a lot? Check.
Throughoutly British? Of course.
Do characters speak in an absurdly affected way about the most trivial matters? Yes.
Then, sir, it's a Jeeves novel.
It doesn't manage to be laugh out loud funny but I can't deny Wodehouse had a way with words. I'll be sure to read another one of his novels in the future
