Crank Palace by James Dashner

5.0

As a start, I'm going to say that I've cried so much while reading this book.
I love and respect James Dashner for writing this book about Newt and his short adventure with some new friends at the Crank Palace. I myself have been a fan of the books since 2015 and have been looking forward to Newt's point of view when he separate with Thomas and Minho in The Death Cure. This, and the amazing way the book is written (like the other 5 books) is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

- In-between the last chapter and the epilogue: Newt gets himself to Denver and cross his path with Thomas, where he sadly dies. I can understand that Dashner didn't want to write about Newt in constant "Crank-mode" but I feel like I need some explanation of how Newt got to that point. It goes from him being in the dead car to having a bullet in his brain (
