While some authors have chosen to write stories that ignore the pandemic, Jodi Picoult chose to dive in the heart of the first lockdown period, when there was so little knowledge about the coronavirus and so much fear and tragedy going on in the world. But she does it with a very original take, touching different human feelings and struggles along the way. I simply loved this book!
