Did not finish book. Stopped at 6%.

Read this via audiobook and just found the narration over the top and thus had to stop.  It was clearly a tool to sell the author as a key note speaker which again grated on me.   That said the author has clearly battled a lot and worked hard to come out of the other side.  For that I salute him.
