The Host should have been Meyers legacy.
As an adult that was a 'die-hard' fan of the Twilight Saga in my teens, I can whole heartedly day that this is the book that should have had more attention. It's wonderfully written, adventurous, I loved the chapters detailing other planets. It was a great read, obviously much better than the movie even though I love Saoirse Ronan! Felt like being transported back into my teens where every emotion is new and other, and everything feels like the end of the world.
