I loved this book. I've been following this series since the beginning and they're all great. I waited to read this book until I had my hands on The One Something Something (as MR calls it in the post-story interview at the back) and I've paused between them just long enough to put these thoughts down.

I love the mix of science and mythology in this series and how it's set in a world much like our own. I'm not sure if this book in particular is any better than the ones that came before it, but if you read and enjoyed any of those, you'll enjoy this one, too. I certainly did. It's a bit funny how a book full of violence and death can give you warm and fuzzy feelings, but it definitely does as it reminds me of simpler times and my young adulthood.
