Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro

4.0

Hard not to compare authors to themselves. It was great, but did not have the same effect on me as The Remains of the Day. Would be a great way to get your book club talking about ethics, manufactured consent, what to do when your view of the world crumbles around you, betrayal, platonic love, and fake meritocracy.
